Purpose: Story telling

The best training environment for children in the world

 

Discovery: Tell about the best training environment for children you have ever experienced. What made it the best training environment?

Dream: Close your eyes and dream about the best training environment for children in the entire world. What is it that makes it so special? You may dream anything.

Design: What can you do specifically to help create the best training environment for children in the world?

Destiny: How can Open Fun Football School and the Football Associations help you to create the best training environment for children in the world?

Definition: What is a good training environment for children?          

Duration: 1 hours 30 min.

  1. Presentation of the workshop (10 min.)

2) Interviews (3 X 6 X 2 = 36 min.)

  • Interviews in pairs across the table (1A-2B-3C-4D-5E-6F)

  • After 6th rotation A,B,C,D,E,F hand over the questions to 1,2,3,4,5,6 and they are now interviewing A,B,C,D,E,F after the exact same rotation system.
  • 6 questions are distributed in advance.

Short break

  • Group presentation of summary (A1-B2-C3-D4 E5-F6)

4) Main group conclusions presented and noted on the board.

5) Summary – conclusion.
