Chicken Lunch

Step 1

Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Put the chicken in a bowl together with yoghurt.
Seal and leave for one hour.
The yoghurt helps chicken become tender and soft.

Step 3

Make some breadcrumbs using whole-wheat bread.

Step 4

When the chicken has been in a bowl of yoghurt for one hour then cover the chicken pieces in breadcrumbs.

Step 5

Fry them on the non-stick frying pan, using no or very little oil.
Fry until golden brown.

Step 6

Serve with salad, potatoes or spinach.

  • 2 dcl of plain yoghurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Breadcrumbs (200 gr)
